While I was at my moms and had some time without the kids all over me I cut out a dress pattern for the girls with the left over material from Cairo's blanket. I have made all the girl thier own quilt same pattern just different colors, London is Pink, Syd is Purple and Cairo's is yellow. I thought it would be fun to have the older girls in matching dresses and Cairo wraped in or on her blanket for either her Blessing day or just a photo op. So last night I sat down and sewed the dresses, in total it just took a couple of hours. These are just some snap shots of my project, it was early this morning when we took pics so the lighting was bad and the girls have bed head.

I wish I had the time to sew. I only make time at Halloween, but we will see. The dresses look great and there is now sign of bed head.
So adorable Janelle! Gotta love that nesting phase of pregnancy. I think I am in my nesting phase now, rather than when I was prego. I have been a sewing maniac lately, along with a slew of other projects.
Look at you! Those are so cute! I need some of your quilting/sewing talents and some girl genes to come my way!
VERY cute.
Now, did you have a pattern, or are you just amazing? :)
very cute Janelle you remind so much of me when I was your age and having babies. There is no stopping us when we want to do something. However you do amaze me.
hey, why dont you come on over and "nest" over here. Im in desperate need of nesting.
Look at you go with your bad self girl! They are so awesome! I need me a sewing machine! You did all this before we did your hair today? WOW! I am in envy!
Beautiful dresses and blankets Janelle, seriously you are amazing!
What bed head. Your girls look like little models. Love the dresses and quilts. It makes me want to have more babies so each of them can have a quilt. I guess I had better start with Adrie's first. That is once I get my ancient sewing machine back from the shop.
Those dresse are so beautiful If you weren't abput to pop I would have you make me one
