It is a Federal Offense

For the last month or so I have been a great couponer/ finding deals and freebies on the internet. I entered to get a free sample of 5 react gum. I was so excited to find it in my mailbox on Sat. But when I took a close look my gum was not in the box. The 3D glasses and a little note were there but no gum to be found. I just want whoever is out there stealing all the free samples of gum to know that it is a federal offense to tamper with other people's mail!!!
